Enterprise interoperability

R3 Corda Bridge

A bridge between XDC Network and the Corda ecosystem for settlement and selective data exchange.

On this page

This integration page retains the legacy Corda bridge information. Confirm current service availability and supported routes with the provider.

Connect public settlement with private workflows

Impel’s R3 Corda Bridge is described as a connection that allows native XDC to move between XDC Network and the public Corda Network, where it can act as a settlement asset.

Corda applications can keep transaction data private while sharing limited data with a public network. The bridge’s FAQ specifically identifies the Cordite CorDapp as the Corda-side integration.

Settlement for contracts and agreements

The integration supports a model in which contracts and agreements use an interoperable settlement asset while retaining private application records. The original overview also describes transfers involving digital assets such as XDC and US+.

Application support, bridge availability and transfer conditions depend on the provider and the relevant CorDapp. Review the integration documentation before using a route.
